SRS & Planning
Planning for the quality assurance requirements and identification of the risks associated with the project is also done in the planning stage.
Design
At xRDigitalsually more than one design approach for the product architecture is proposed and documented in a DDS - Design Document Specification along with SRS.
Development
We select the appropriate technology stack and begin coding the agreed SRS and Design documents.
QA
With dedicated QA team we do testing of the product where product defects are reported, tracked, fixed and retested, until the product reaches the quality standards defined in the SRS.
Release
Release are predefined as per the SRS and is documented with test cases and user manual. We take feedback from UAT release before going into productions.
Monitor & Scale
Once the software is deployed in production environments for real uses we integrate different cloud monitoring tools to analyze the usages 24x7 for further maintenance and scaling
